Implements the
twenty- fourth foundation training programme.
The
director of the (NTTI) Dr. Mohammad Al-Zuhair on behalf of Prof. Dr.
Omar Rimawi the President of Al-Balqa’ Applied University opened the
24th foundation training programme, Where it has been held for a
number of technical and vocational teachers and trainers and their
officials from Civil defense , Greater Amman Municipality, Princess
Alia University Collage, Gendarmerie Forces .
This course comes as part of the annual plan for programs and
courses carried out by the institute, where this session includes
three phases: theoretical training phase, practical training phase
and exams phase. Carried out in 250 training hours, 6 hours a day.
This course covers various topics including:
• Principles of learning and educating.
• The concept of training and areas, types and goals.
• Selection of training methods, aids and methods of training and
employment.
• Prepare lesson plans (theoretical and practical).
• implementing trainers skills.
• Designing short courses.
• Designing the curriculum.
At the end of
the opening Dr. Mohammad Al-Zuhair greeted all the participants and
wishes them to get benefit from the programme as trainers.
**The implementation of the twenty third foundation programme
for training
of trainers
The
twenty-third Foundation Programme for Training of Trainers was
opened by Dr. Muhammad Al-Zuhair the director of (NTTI) as a
representative of president of (BAU). This programme has been held
for a number of technical and vocational trainers and their
officials from Royal Air Force, Gendarmerie Force, Royal Maintenance
Crops, Greater Amman Municipality, Al-Salt Collage, Princess Rahma
University Collage and Princess Alia University Collage.
This programme
is part of the annual plan for the programmes implemented by (NTTI)
and it includes three phases; theoretical training, practical
training, and exams. Training duration is 250 training hours. This
programme covers a variety of subjects including :Principles of
learning and teaching , Training " the concept ,goals, types and
fields" , Training Methods, Training Aids, The formulation of
training goals, Lesson Plans, Successful Trainer's Skills,
Designing short courses, Designing training curriculum.
At the end of
the opening, Dr. Muhammad Alzuhair greeted on behalf of the
president of the university to all participants and wished them
success in achieving the goals of this programme and benefit from
the development of their instructors as trainers.
** National
Training of Trainers Institute held a lecture for the officers of
prince Hussein bin Abdullah the military-technical collage
Dr.
Muhammad Al-Zuhair the director of (NTTI) presents a lecture "the
fact of training in jordan through the experience of the National
Training of Trainers Institute in training and qualification
trainers."
for a number
of officers in the presence of the commander of the collage and a
number of officers from neighboring Arab countries.
The
lecture includes various subject as the importance of training , the
role of basic elements of the training ( governmental institutions ,
organizations ,training curriculum, the trainer and the trainee) ,
challenges of training in the Arab world in general ang Jordan in
particular, the experience of (NTTI) in the training process and
what has been achieved in this field. Also , it has been discussed
ways for cooperation between (NTTI) and the collage in the
training of trainers field and using modern information technology
in the development of human resources competencies.
At the
end of the lecture and after answering questions, Dr. Muhammad
Alzuhair thanked and greeted on behalf of the president of Al-Balqa’
Applied University to all the attendance and wished them success for
the good of Jordan .

** The marketing plan of the National Training
of Trainers Institute
Within the
marketing plan of the National Training of Trainers Institute for
the year 2010, the institute organizes meetings with a number of
Arab embassies in Amman, to discuss the ways and aspects between the
two parties in the field of training.

sixteenth supervising Programmme for Training of Trainers at the
National Training of Trainers Institute/Al- Balqa’ Applied
University.
The
sixteenth supervising Programme for Training of
Trainers was concluded by Dr. Muhammad Al-Zuhair the director of
(NTTI) as a representative of president of (BAU), on Thursday
11/2/2010. This programme has been held for a number of technical
and vocational trainers and teachers and their officials from civil
Defense, Gendarmerie Force, General Customs Department, The World
Islamic Science University, Jordan University of Science and
Technology, Princess Rahma University Collage, Engineering
Technology Collage.
This programme is
part of the annual plan for the programmes implemented by (NTTI)
which includes 25 training hours implemented over 5 days. It aims to
develop the participants’ skills in training and supervising on the
foundation programme for training of trainers.
The programme covers
the following topics: Supervision and mentoring (concept,
importance, roles, and patterns), individual training, effective
meetings, effective negotiation, effective interviews, practical
applications and recruitment of the materials of the supervising
programme at the work place of the participants to be supervisors
and mentors for the trainers who are attending the foundation
programme.
At the end of the
conclusion, Dr. Muhammad Al-Zuhair greeted the participant on behalf
of the president of the university and wished them success in
achieving the goals of this programme and benefit from the
development of their instructors as trainers.

**National Training
of Trainers Institute and Jordanian Nursing Council signed an
educational and training agreement.
On Monday 11/1/2010,
The (NTTI) signed an educational and training memorandum of
understanding with the (JNC).
Professor Omar
Rimawi, President of BAU and Miss Daa’d Shouka The Deputy Mayor of
JNC with the presence of Dr. Mohammad Al-zuhair signed the
memorandum which aims to benefit from both expertise, regarding
that the (NTTI) works in training courses to develop and improve the
level of performance for clinical nursing trainers in the public and
private sectors, which will be reflected on the level and quality of
provided services.
Prof. Dr. Omar
Rimawi signed the memorandum which considered an introduction to the
mutual cooperation between the (NTTI) and the (JNC) for the purpose
of developing and improving the level of nursing performance which
will be reflected on the quality of public service.
Dr. Omar Rimawi mentioned that the National Training of
Trainers Institute /Al- Balqaa’ Applied University will prepare and
qualify a number of clinical nursing trainers at the National
Institute, and there will be coordination with the nursing council
in the area of external courses, whether by dispatching trainers or
exploits expertise from both sides as well as organizing seminars,
conferences, training courses and meetings related to the themes of
training in addition to encouraging mutual granting discounts for
staff and customers of both parties when holding any training
courses at different fields.

Implements the forth program in “Management of Training”
In compliance
with the vision of His Majesty King Abdullah (II) The National
Training of Trainers Institute is seeking to reach the highest level
of professional experiences achieved at both national and regional
areas, which is specialized in training of trainers in general and
in human resource development resources in particular. The (NTTI)
contributes in striving humanitarian and social trends of the labor
force in a way where meets the individual needs and developing their
capabilities and economic advantages of creating an environment of
competition in the Jordanian economy.
Within (NTTI) plan for the year 2009, the forth program in "Management of
Training" was implemented during the period 15-28/12/2009,
Dr .Mohammad
Al-Zuhair The Director of the Institute on behalf of the President
of Al-Balqa’ Applied University closed the activities of this
programme.
The programme aims to provide participants with the concepts and
information for all phases and dimensions of the training process
and management; it also works to acquire the skills necessary to
design training through analysis and identification of training
needs, as well as to gain the skill of planning and implementation
of training and measuring the return on training in order to be able
to manage the activity effectively and efficiently. Management of
training programme addresses several issues including
administration, human resources management, strategic planning and
designing training programmes, implement training and follow-up,
evaluation of training and skills, the impact of training and
measuring return on investment of training and preparation of
reports for training programmes.
The target
group of the Management of training programme is officials and
managers as well as human resources officials and coaches who have
passed the foundation programme and the supervisory programme
implemented by (NTTI) . Management training program includes
“60”training hours carried out as 6 hours of training per day.

fifteenth Supervising Programme for Training of Trainers at the
(NTTI).

supervising Programme for Training of Trainers was closed by Dr.

Training of Trainers Institute and Greater Amman Municipality signed
an educational and training agreement.
Professor Omar
Rimawi, President of BAU and Eng. Amer AlBasheer the Deputy Mayor of
Greater Amman Municipality had signed an educational and training
agreement that related to the Training Center / Greater Amman
Municipality and National Training of Trainers Institute in the
presence of Director of National Training of Trainers Institute,
Director of Training Center and the Legal Counselor on Monday 1st of
June 2009.
**The National
Training of Trainers Institute Plan\ 2010**
The National
Training of Trainers Institute launches his plan for the year 2010,
the training programmes considered the training needs of the various
agencies in public and private sectors. The plan works with in the
institutes’ strategy in developing the training programmes to reach
the global developments in vocational and technical training,
according to the international standards.
**A
training course in advanced computer skills for The National
Training of Trainers Institute Staff.
As a view of National Training of Trainers Institute to develop its
cadres and provide them with the most modern knowledge methods to
reflect on the outputs of NTTI's participants in training courses,
thus, NTTI held a training course in advanced computer skills for
staff of the institute within 40 training hours implemented in three
days a week.
Dr. Muhammad
Alzuhair – director of NTTI – opened the course and wished
participant to benefit from course to develop their activities in
the job.
** The
National Training of Trainers Institute intends to hold the fourth
program in “Management of Training’ in the period 13-24\12\2009.
** An Iraqi
delegation visits the National Training of Trainers Institute Sunday
18\10\2009**
The Iraqi
delegation from Ministry of Oil ( which were attending a training
course at Amman faculty \ BAU) visited the National Training of
Trainers Institute and have been given a brief about the Institute
and its activities in addition to attending one of the sessions
which were held at the time. Cooperation ways were discussed between
the parties.
** The
exhibition (king and achievements) at the National Training of
Trainers Institute \Al-Balqa’ Applied University **
In
the celebration of the institute in the Independence Day and the
passage of ten years under the leadership of his Majesty the
institute organized an exhibition of pictures of his Majesty King
Abdullah II and the Hashemite family.
The exhibition
was in collaboration with the directorate of Moral Guidance in the
armed forces.
Dr.Mohammad
Al-Zuhair the director of the (NTTI) inaugurated the exhibition on
behalf of Prof.Omar Al-Remawi the president of (BAU).
The
exhibition included a series of pictures of His Majesty and in
many activities in various fields of humanitarian, social,
cultural, military and political, as well as photographs of princes
and the Hashemite family, in addition of photographs and
documentaries since the founding of the emirate till the age his
Majesty King Abdullah the II.
The
exhibition included the graduation of the Seventeenth Regiment of
the foundation program on training of trainers, and end of the
exhibition, Dr. Mohammed Al-Zuhair distributed certificates to the
graduates from various government and private sectors.
It is noteworthy that this exhibition comes within the activities of
the Institute in establishing the meanings of loyalty and belonging
to this nation and its wise leadership.
**The
implementation of the twenty first foundation programme for training
of trainers **
The twenty
first Foundation Programme for Training of Trainers was opened by

president of (BAU), on Sunday 11/10/2009. This programme has been
held for a number of technical and vocational trainers and their
officials from Civil Defense, Gendarmerie Force, Royal Maintenance
Crops, Greater Amman Municipality, Jordan University of Science and
Technology, Princess Rahma University Collage, Amman University
Collage and a number of the private sector.
This program is part of the annual plan for the programmes
implemented by (NTTI) and it includes three phases:
First phase:
theoretical training in (NTTI), (100) training hours.
Second phase:
practical training in trainee’s work place, (100) training hours.
Third phase:
exams in (NTTI), (50) training hours.
There were
fourteen participants from various foundations who participated in
this program.
At the end of the opening, Dr. Muhammad Alzuhair greeted on behalf
of the president of the university to all participants and wished
them success in achieving the goals of this programme and benefit
from the development of their instructors as trainers.

In
compliance with the vision of His Majesty King Abdullah (II) The
National Training of Trainers Institute is seeking to reach the

participants were from Civil Defense, Gendarmerie Force, The
Ministry of Labor, The National Electricity Company, Princess Alia
University College, and others from private sectors.
The programme aims to provide participants with the concepts and
information for all phases and dimensions of the training process
and management; it also works to acquire the skills necessary to
design training through analysis and identification of training
needs.
In addition
to gain the skill of planning and implementation of training and
measuring the return on training in order to be able to manage the
